NINGBO YIHUI INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS Co., Ltd. is a modern, large-scale comprehensive shipbuilding enterprise, integrating ship trading, design and construction, maintenance and modification, as well as steel structure processing. The company traces its origins back to 1997, with a registered capital and paid-in capital of RMB 50 million, covering an area of over 200, 000 square meters and boasting deep-water shoreline access exceeding 500 meters. Currently, the company employs more than 600 staff, including over 180 technical and management professionals.

The company is equipped with advanced manufacturing facilities, featuring 8 standardized slipways, 16 block prefabrication areas, including 6 inclined slipways of 50, 000-ton capacity and 2 inclined slipways of 100, 000-ton capacity. It is also outfitted with over 20 large-scale equipment units such as multiple 160-ton to 350-ton gantry cranes. The company has obtained ISO9000 Quality Management System certification from the China Classification Society, establishing a comprehensive quality control and service system.

In response to the new normal in the industry, the company focuses on the following business directions:  

- Construction of container ships, bulk carriers, oil tankers, and deck barges under 100, 000 tons.  

- Emphasis on the design and construction of RO-RO passenger ships, stainless steel chemical tankers, offshore engineering support vessels, and various engineering ships (such as trailing suction hopper dredgers, cutter suction dredgers, bucket wheel dredgers, deep-sea sand suction vessels, and piling ships, among others).
